One price, everywhere
Price lists come from the ERP and reach the handhelds with their next catalogue refresh, so nobody sells from an old list.
Integration
Keep your ERP the master of products, prices and stock, and get every selling run back into it. SalesBlitz’s Sync API connects Sage X3, Sage 200, SAP or any other ERP through a connector that runs on your side.
Both directions
Customers are not synced: the outlets your vans sell to are kept in SalesBlitz.
Why connect
Price lists come from the ERP and reach the handhelds with their next catalogue refresh, so nobody sells from an old list.
A level from the ERP is posted as an adjustment, stamped with the time it was true, so the stock ledger still explains every change.
Invoices, payments, visits and crates reach the ERP as data, run by run, instead of as paper to be typed in again.
How it works
An administrator opens Settings › Integrations, creates a key for the connector and copies it; it is shown once. SalesBlitz keeps only a fingerprint of it.
Give each tax a code, choose a default supplier for new products, and set up the categories, warehouses and currencies the ERP will name.
The connector checks its key, which answers with your company’s name, then reads your warehouses and vans once and maps each ERP site to one of them.
Products first, then price lists, then stock, hourly or as often as your ERP changes. Every call is safe to repeat and answers row by row.
Switch on sending completed runs. From then on the connector pulls each closed run and acknowledges it.
Your ERP
Integration with Sage X3, Sage 200 and SAP is possible. There is no SalesBlitz plug-in to install inside your ERP. Integration is a connector: a small program, run on your side, that reads from your ERP, calls the Sync API on a schedule and writes completed runs back. It works the same for Sage, another off-the-shelf ERP or a system built in-house, as long as the connector can read from it and write to it.
The Developers page is the reference for whoever builds your connector, with samples in Java, Node.js and Python.
No ERP? Products, customers and price lists import from Excel. Either way, SalesBlitz runs the field side: van sales and distribution.
Who it’s for
Questions
Yes. Integration with Sage X3, Sage 200 and SAP is possible, through a connector that calls the Sync API. There is no plug-in to install inside Sage itself: your Sage partner or developer builds the connector for your installation, using the reference on the Developers page.
Products, price lists, stock levels, transfers into vans and taxes go from your ERP into SalesBlitz. Each closed selling run comes back from SalesBlitz to your ERP as one document.
No. The outlets your vans sell to are kept in SalesBlitz, which sends each run’s customers back by id and name so that the ERP’s copies of its invoices and visits can point at them.
Hourly is the expected rhythm, or more often if your ERP changes more often. Every call is safe to send again.
Yes, inside each closed run’s document, with their lines, tax, surtaxes, fiscal details and the payments collected. Credit notes and payments recorded later in the office are not part of it.
The connector acknowledges it as rejected, with a message. The run then leaves the feed until an administrator sends it again from the portal, and the blitz list shows every run’s ERP state.
Yes. Products, customers and price lists import from Excel, and everything else is managed in the portal.
