Before you ask
What counts as a “van”?
One selling rep with one device. Back-office users — admins, stock controllers, finance — are free and unlimited on every plan.
Do I need special hardware?
No. Electron and Neutron run on your own Android phone or tablet, and Neutron prints receipts on a Bluetooth printer. Proton comes with a Sunmi V2 Pro handheld and its built-in receipt printer, and its repair and maintenance are on us.
Can I run more than one company?
Yes. One login can own or be invited into multiple companies and switch between them in-session, on every plan.
What about our existing prices and customers?
Onboarding walks you through loading products, customers, routes and price lists. Initial training is free unless stated otherwise; further training is $45 per hour.
Does it connect to our ERP?
Integration with Sage X3, Sage 200 and SAP is possible, through the Sync API. The ERP integration page explains how it works.
Can we leave whenever we want?
Monthly plans cancel any time and run to the end of the billing period. Your data remains exportable via the API.
