Terms & Conditions
Effective 8 August 2026 · SalesBlitz, a product of ZYOOLAH (P/L)
These terms govern use of the SalesBlitz web console, handheld field application and APIs (“the Service”), provided by ZYOOLAH (P/L) (“we”, “us”). By creating a company workspace or accepting an invitation into one, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the company you represent.
1. The Service
SalesBlitz is a field-sales management platform: route planning, mobile invoicing, stock control, cash collection and reporting for distribution businesses. We may improve or modify features over time; we will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a paid term without notice.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register and for safeguarding credentials, including field reps' device PINs.
- Administrators control who is invited into a company workspace and what roles and permissions they hold. Actions taken under an account are attributed to that account in the audit trail.
- Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
3. Your data
- Your company owns the business records it creates in the Service — customers, products, prices, invoices, stock and cash records.
- You grant us the licence needed to host, process and back up that data in order to operate the Service.
- Handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no infringing, deceptive or fraudulent records.
- No attempts to breach, probe or overload the Service or other tenants' data.
- No reselling or white-labelling of the Service without a written agreement.
5. Fees and billing
- Plans are billed per selling rep (“van”) per month, in advance, as described on the pricing page in force at the time of billing.
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Invoices you issue are yours
The Service generates commercial documents — invoices, receipts, credit notes — on your company's behalf and in its name. Your company is solely responsible for their accuracy, for applicable taxes, and for compliance with the fiscal and consumer laws of the territories where it trades.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email at support@zyoolah.com; a customer's agreement may include additional support commitments agreed in writing.
8. Termination
- You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.
- After termination, your company may request an export of its data within 90 days, after which we may delete it, subject to legal retention obligations.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by your company in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business.
10. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
- We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to company administrators by email before taking effect.
